Just because Cena has filled 300 wishes doesn't mean that those kids wouldn't want someone else instead if THAT PERSON was the hero.
It would kinda make any previously scheduled wishes kinda awkward though. <_<
This, actually, is why the nWo angle had problems for a short time. And why post-Sting's reign things got REALLY stagnant. There was no one credible that fans actually wanted to win left.
