I've had some issues getting it to work with GTA San Andres (namely, the camera keeps moving uncontrollably) but that could be an issue with the game or with my particular controller.
Yeah San Andreas has been the only lowspot for the PS3 controller I've had. I think the game automatically registers the Sixaxis as the up and down controls, and I haven't been able to figure out how to remap that.
