Pssh, I don't recall Rabbit doing anything of note that would make him the second best character.
I laughed for days seeing his little thought bubble with him saving everyone, getting a crown, bag of money, and all the bunny b****es. And his reactions to Piglet's useless items. And him seemingly about to lose his mind over Owl flying out of the hole, only to congratulate him on a great speech. Rabbit was stellar.
