Well, it's on them to make sure people know about that at some point. It was very odd that even when focusing on the launch, they didn't confirm big third-party games coming later. Batman isn't winning people over, but Tomb Raider or Castlevania or BioShock? That'd give people more confidence in the system. As it is, you have Crystal Dynamics and Kojima Productions saying they're not interested in porting games to the WiiU.
