Shishio was able to tank Kenshin leading with his LEFT FOOT.
Also Shishio managed to take over hell and now is its ruler. I haven't seen the new season of Avatar, but I doubt Amon is quite as hardcore. Does Amon have a badass group of 10 warriors or one of the greatest displays of love in fiction like Shishio has with Yumi?
Amon has a huge group of ty lee style fighters etc
Amon hasn't shown much combat wise but most of the time anyone who crosses him gets roflstompd

Oh hey avatar is about to shoot you with a huge fire wave? casually walk away and dodge it
oh hey enemy who can shoot lightning? Dodge that and proceed to one shot him
enemy can bend someone's blood and literally take out multiple people out with it at once (basically one shotting them)? Tank that **** then proceed to one shot him
