Well it's limited to "bolts" so that'd be...

Spider Bolt: Enemies hit and each creature adjacent to it is slowed until EoNT.
Space-Shifting Bolt: Enemies hit are teleported 1 square.
Forbiddance Bolt: Enemies hit and all creatures within 2 squares of it cannot teleport until the end of it's next turn
Dispelling Bolt: Enemies hit have one conjuration or zone they've created dispelled.

There's also (but I'm not sure what "ammunition" means. I guess it can apply to any type of ammo?)

Shadowshaft "ammunition": Attacks create a burst 1 centered on the target that creates a heavily obscured zone until the end of the encounter.
Shiver-Strike "ammunition": Each other creature in burst 1 around a hit target takes some low auto-damage.

I'm also unsure if this lets you use alchemical ammo repeatedly. A USE for alchemy?! My god.

Edit: forgot a couple.

Bolt of Clumsiness: Enemies hit cannot shift until the end of it's next turn.
Bolt of Transference: If you hit with this ammo teleport adjacent to the target.
