Yeah converting midis is kind of a pain. Especially because you need to choose a soundfont that works good which each one. I think I used to have a program that would help with this, but I don't remember what it was called.
In fact, the only way to get a truly "accurate" recording is to use the same soundfont as the person who wrote it, which can be a pain, if possible at all.
Also, for grabbing URLs from videos in YouTube, the easiest way is to click the "Share" button below the video, then click the "Options" link and check the "HD link" and (optionally) "long link" options. After that, click in the text box with the link and copy it.
