Oh I thought this was just a design-based decision. Competitively of course Lilligant can be useful.
I factor in both. I wouldn't like it nearly as much if it didn't demolish everything in my BW playthrough.
And is Victreebel actually competitively viable this generation? Who'd have expected that...
