Compared to the stuff that's left, it's not that great. "Then pretend you didn't see them" and "Then pretend I didn't say it" might have been something noteworthy if, you know, the player didn't automatically suspect Seymour and Yevon were no good from the beginning.
Also, his speech is a load of crap anyway, as Auron later reveals. The only reason Seymour "approves" the operation is so everyone can get slaughtered and Yevon can be praised.
