If they made a game from this series on the Vita it could be amazing, absolutely ground-breaking amazing. You can hold the Vita just like a camera and if you do that changes.... the camera. angle. Uncharted Golden Abyss does it from what I understand.
So in a Fatal Frame context, it'd be a sort of pseudo-virtual reality.
