Oh, Superman/Batman: Torment has a good Scarecrow appearance, although he's not the main villain.
Yeah it's sad, as amazing of a villain that he is I don't think he gets the recognition that he deserves. There aren't a lot of stories that feature him. And you'd think after he was the favorite in the Arkham Asylum video game DC would take advantage of that and make some more Scarecrow comics.
But really, Absolute Terror. Read it.
