We don't know ANYTHING about what Heir powers actually do yet. It was assumed that it was a class that starts weak and then "inherits" enormous power, ala John. But then it was confirmed that it's the Page class that works like that.
Also, Jade is easily far and away the strongest character. Not only does she have Bec's powers, but she also has God Tier powers AND she retains all the powers of a Sprite, like knowledge of the game, flying and phasing through walls.
