none of the others have a connection to the other obviously rallied voters in that topic. you have to remember that mnkboy is actually a fairly new board 8 poster who has been on gamefaqs as a whole for a while. he is the one who actually has connections to people from outside of board 8 who could be rallied and seem 'legit' due to their high karma.
