2-2 was the lava area. Right around the moment you exited the mines into the main dropoff point overlooking the lava river it was almost a 50/50 chance it'd run horribly for me.
I think it was due to the million flying bugbears and giant ones at the bottom of the river, the overactive physics on the shedded worm skins breaking and storage crates full of coal, and it especially went to hell when you kill any of the medium size or larger bugbears that explode in like a 10 yard diameter after they die.
