I like Meliadoul, but she's pretty fair to middling overall. Agrias is the only one I would actually call "good." Ovelia comes close though.
I would definitely call Ovelia good. And I don't dislike Alma either.
Really, FFT's pickings are slim but as is the case with the game's writing in general, what we got was good.
