Footnotes:
-PLCAA prevents blaming the manufacturer directly for an individual's actions.
-Connecticut law about ads and trade practices allowed a case to be made about Remington's advertising making their products more appealing to younger and more impressionable people, leading to the events in Sandy Hook Elementary.
-Trials are expensive for defendants, creating the tactic of bleeding out gun companies to force into a settlement.
-Gun companies don't have as much money as people think.
-Settlement was reached between the plaintiffs and the various insurance carriers that held policies for Remington/Cerberus.
-Settlement would be cheaper than going to trial.
-Connecticut supreme court acknowledged Remington would likely have won the case, stating "Proving such a casual link at trial may prove to be a herculean task."

The rest of the video is mostly his opinion on the matter.
