Also like I said the reason we think straights are "apolitical" because we're all programmed to think like that since we were kids. Also like someone pointed out, LGBTQ+ characters are almost indistinguishable from straight characters from looking at them so sometimes characters having throwaway lines or some text of dialogue or something saying or implying their sexuality.
