I think TLJ as Two Face and Jim Carrey as The Riddler were brilliant casting choices. Both would have been awesome as those characters if they were actually written right. Val Kilmer and Nicole Kidman are great actors as well, but didn't have much to work with so they're just kinda "ehhh" in it. At least with B&R, you can laugh more at how dumb it is and can enjoy it in a "so bad it's good" way.
