It's not pandemic anymore. It's companies not wanting to pay for decent wages and people not accepting shit wages/hours.
This. Companies used this as an excuse to massively increase prices and if the virus did one good thing, it was to make us realize that working slave labor for non-livable wages isnt appealing.

Corporations and business owners are intentionally short staffing and trying to blame it on the workforce not wanting to work. They will have twenty of thirty people working there, but only let three people work at a time when they normally would have eight. Then they cut back store hours because they want to pay the workers late. It doesnt matter if you like shopping late, you are forced to go eventually, so they get your money one way or another. They just dont have to pay the workers for the night shift.
