| Ricemills 02/13/22 11:52:47 PM #17: | it's pretty messed up there. cartels fought back by capturing/killing the cops's families. they kept hostages to exchange for the captured cartel members. and the cops also exchange the cartel members for more funds because the government aren't providing enough. militia sometimes rise up to fight the cartel, but since they don't have the funding they will also resort to drug trading, effectively making them the new cartels. --- You have the right to remain silent.
