Topic	my nurse friend said he works 5 night shifts a week, 12 hours each

Problem is they are shit at managing their production and they've pissed off everyone within a 70 mile radius with three massive layoffs in the last 12 years that they've had to try and undo within 6 months of each so their reputation is trash. So I'm working at least 50 hours a week for the next 3 months.
