Those Skyla pics aren't there. They're just side stuff that he draws and posts on a blog. His approved official art doesn't usually have that kind of....asset presentation >_> Olivia, Wicke, and some tourist trainer card are probably the only exceptions. But he says he still draws the characters through the same process for the cards.
