You are talking about a small group of people who did things that no one wanted to happen so folks could ignore the actual message of the protests. Their actions were not the goal.

The financial damages this group is doing is a goal. Their goal is terroristic actions of holding a city hostage.

And despite that there is still so much outrage from your side when people mentions the guys waving swastikas and robbing soup kitchens and just ignoring their message.
