If you pull up a list of GM factories past/present there's really only one spot where anything close to a three bedroom for $950k can even exist. Most of these plants are in the much more affordable Midwest. You'd live like a king there for that price point.

There was a plant in South Gate, California that is no longer open. No other location seems to even come close in the housing prices. Conceivably, the person in the OP could be from there or a surrounding area maybe.

Conceivably, TC could have literally typed that up himself. He has no source for this bullshit claim and continues to pretend affordable housing does not exist
