Here's another mindblower for you: it's almost as if design preferences have changed, cost of materials have gone up, and modern houses have more ammenities and features. And it's almost as if the avg sq footage of a family home has doubled since last century. Crazy! How absurd to not charge the same as they did 35 years ago!
