The first time I played it was around when it came out and it didn't "click". Halfway through the game I was exasperated at the card system and just wanted things to be normal again so I skipped to KH2. Years later with the HD Remasters I tried it again and got super into it. Understanding sleights and how easily some sleights can break everything was fun.
