I work in at a relatively small, family run business. But it's a multi million dollar business. I honestly think me and maybe 3 other people know more than the absolute basic workings of MS Office, including the two 50+ year olds that own the company. Mainly because the entire business is run on a program that was custom built for the business. There's days I literally have to show people how to sort columns in Excel. Anyone at any age can come in and learn the system, it would just take time to train them. And the job I had before that was exactly the same. Run on a program that was custom built for them.
