TopicSome people literally get triggered by the fact that humans == animals

Humans are literally just animals wtf is all this shit.

You are literally only smart because other humans taught you and you learned by observing them. You learned language at an early stage of development.

If a human grows up totally isolated, they act pretty similar to a chimpanzee. Definitely they would be "dumber" than a trained animal until they had some education, at which point they would have permanent brain damage from not learning language at an early age. This rarely, rarely happens. But it happens.

Look at 2009 entry: Natasha (2009), born in Chita, Zabaykalsky Krai, is a five-year-old girl who spent her entire life locked in a room with cats and dogs, and no heat, water, or sewage system. When she was found, she could not speak, would jump at the door and bark as caretakers left, and had "clear attributes of an animal."

House pets and domesticated animals also display signs of civilization and higher intelligence. Sure we are smarter than cats and dogs, but they smart if you teach them, just like humans get smarter. Inside cats are smarter than feral cats. Family dogs are smarter than wild wolves.

In some ways, these animals having "cuteness to humans" as an evolutionary trait is extremely effective. House cats, as a species, are guaranteed to travel interstellar space at some point, without any of the hassle of having to evolve larger brains, develop advanced language, or raise their children for years. If humans achieve immortality, our house cats will also achieve it as well.

I missed the part where that's my problem.
