While they did do that whole play the first episode again right after thing, the professor never said it would be going back that far. Just to before he conceived of the button, which could just be before the final episode.

Regardless of when it was conceived, the show is now canonically stuck in a loop, as Farnsworth specifically says that they won't retain their memories and thus won't know what ends up happening with the Time Button. There would be no reason for him not to go ahead and invent it, or for the events to happen any differently, so they'll end up right back in the exact spot they are in the last episode.

See above. They won't remember how their old age went and will have no reason to change the course of their relationship.
