There are 2 expansions that people said this about before Witch Queen. MAYBE 3. The Taken King in Destiny 1 and Forsaken in Destiny 2. Both deserved the praise it got. Some people might have said it about Beyond Light but that is more about the new subclass and it being extremely different from everything else. I think saying that about Beyond Light is a stretch though. Witch Queen might be better than The Taken King and Forsaken --- I don't know why I'm playing Destiny 2... but I am... ...
