So I can see what you're going after, but you were talking about a contract. Deciding not to host a specific episode is not the same thing as forbidding guests. Depending on the terms of the contact it could be a violation to stop hosting those specific episodes, however the argument you are attempting to make is a kinda general "well the end result is basically the same" which probably isn't how this is going to work. ...
