Scenario I: Godzilla & Kong vs Attack on Titan: the Titans die within 60 seconds due to intense radiation poisoning by being in close proximity to Godzilla. Godzilla tales to the ocean and Kong rules the land, founding a species of gigantic armored protectors to guard the remaining humans from Godzilla & Godzilla's spawn. Because Kong deep down loves people.

Scenario II: Godzilla IRL irradiates Japan within a matter of a few years, and the entire island chain is evacuated, later coming to be known as "Monster Island" due to the large creatures spawned by the radiation of Godzilla. Later, we discover a race of pygmied humans who adapted to the radiation & they teach the rest of the world a technique to protect themselves from Godzilla's radiation. Our goal becomes to either irradicate Godzilla & the other monsters, or incapacitate them long enough to load them onto a shuttle & fly them into space. This leads to a Space Godzilla arc when he is discovered by aliens. To fight Space Godzilla, the pygmied ones reveal that they have been keeping a Godzilla egg as security & quickly raise it using a special technique to fight Space Godzilla. This leads to the Mothra arc, for the new Godzilla is far too powerful to incapacitate and risks destroying Japan all over again
