In the movie, it plays when Shaft leaves the subway - not when he walks into a room.That always pissed me off because he walks in front of oncoming traffic and then gets mad at the taxi driver for honking at him. But anyway, axckwaaaaaaaayalklly. The Lyrics don't start until a couple of minutes later when he's walking the streets.
