I've been cooking a lot of Italian dishes lately (rigatoni alla gricia, bucatini alla amatriciana, linguine with clams, etc.) and I haven't found it to be much of an issue. On a side note, I'm developing a taste for pecorino cheese. There's something about knowing that I'm eating the food that Caesar's legions ate on campaign --- Not changing this sig until the Knicks win the NBA Championship! Started 4/23/2010! ...
