She might be correct in the sense that the Nazi characterization of Jews as a "race" was an artificial construct. In drafting German anti-Jewish laws, it was important for Nazi jurists to define exactly who was and who was not a Jew; and in the end they were forced to fall back upon what was essentially a religious or ethnic definition: anyone whose parents, grandparents, or great-grandparents had been members of a synagogue or any other Jewish religious or community body.

But when the very core of your ideology -- your stratification of humanity into a hierarchy of races, and your division of society along those lines -- is underpinned by pseudo-scientific theories about "race" and biological determinism, it doesn't matter how artificial the construct is or what the facts of race actually are. Your whole mentality is undeniably, fundamentally racist.
