He won't follow through, but again his base isn't smart enough to realize that. Exactly. He'll go back on it because he set up an abusive relationship with Republicans where he doesn't actually have to do the things he promises them. He just has to sell them on the idea of him doing something and then when the time comes find someone else to blame for it not happening. Usually the person being abused at least gets some decent sex out of it --- Name checks out "I don't wanna be the toughest, I just keep it 100 and think nothin of it"- Black Thought ...
