There's also villains Dollmaker, Dr. Phosphorus, and Joker's newest girlfriend, Punchline. IDK how well you can make Freeze work, he's barely a villain under his best versions. But I'd like any of those. Glad we're also getting a more comic accurate Penguin. The best story for Freeze would probably be a live action adaptation of BTAS Heart of Ice episode in my opinion. It might be really refreshing for the audience to witness a more sympathetic Batman villain on the big screen without the ice puns. Yeah, I'm really excited to see this version of Penguin.
