I like to keep it simple.

Get up early workout for 20 minutes(body weight, weights, stationary bike, walking/jogging/swimming, treadmill, etc. Don't do all of them but find what works for you)

Eat less, but enough to get you through, make your food and snacks, bring them with you incase you need one and its more controlled eating versus going out to get something.

Go to bed earlier.
