Toxel and Riolu are chill, partially because they actually exist in the same generation as the rest of their family and aren't weird and useless late additions. Mantyke has a cool evolution method, and Tyrogue has an utterly infuriating one. Munchlax is also annoying because it's impossible to find in its debut generation and may as well not exist afterwards because you just find Snorlax in the wild anyway, normally. Smoochum is probably the worst Pokemon ever. It's useless, ugly, and just generally gross.
