Topic | I lost 5 lbs but still feel discouraged |

I try to batch cook healthy foods on Sundays but Ill leave room for snacks like cookies or dark chocolate so I dont hate life. Last week I made chicken teriyaki that I would eat with veggies. The week before I made honey chipotle chicken salads. But maybe Ill eat fast food on some days and just make sure my calories for the rest of the day make up for it. ... Copied to Clipboard! |
