Topic | It's impossible to find a cheap car |
furb 01/29/22 5:23:47 PM #15: | IdiotMachine posted... If you did all your maintenance services at the dealer, you could ask the dealer to make an exception. They do that at times. I lived in a different city, in a different state when I bought the car So I'm dealing with a different dealership. The only maintenance I've had done on the car is oil changes and new tires. I would get the oil changes just a local jiffy lube type of place, and tires from a nice tire shop. I don't have a ton of service records. I am in the process, however, of getting the records from 2019 where I did have my original dealer check the trans. I also directly contacted Subaru, and I'm going to see if I can work something out with them. The dealer that has my car right now is hoping the factory will give a big discount on the parts at very least. The down payment I supplied is mainly for the labor. I am hoping between my efforts and the current dealer, to get the cost way down or basically free. --- You know how fads are. Today it's brains, tomorrow, pierced tongues. Then the next day, pierced brains. -Jane Lane ... Copied to Clipboard! |
