Some lady was screaming at me over the phone about how it's taking so long to fill her Norco, I look into her profile and it's always a paper script she drops off, just making sure the dates line up and that she's actually due. After telling her "Mam, I'm trying to... mam, on your profile... Mam typically..." in between bursts of her shouting at me and not listening, I raise my voice and yell into the phone "Mam! Do you have a prescription?! Do you have your paper script?! Like you always do?! Did you forget to drop it off on time?! Like you always do?!" She says "Yes I have the script right here, in my hand." And it stays quiet for 10 seconds, I think it's finally hitting her why she hasn't had her script filled and is feeling like a dumbass, and she hangs up.
