Topic	Amazon sent me a broken tv, replaced it, and are now refunding me?

UPS delivered the lamp to someone else's apartment, took an extremely blurry picture of the door, and said it was delivered. Amazon sent a 2nd one. I found the 1st one. No one lived at that other apartment at the time. that happened to me once with like $100 worth of groceries from Whole Foods delivered via Amazon. They delivered to the wrong door on the opposite side of my complex. The dude living their dropped it all off later that day after I called Amazon and complained.
