Topic	Is death or suffering less of a tragedy if its largely self inflicted?

I have less sympathy for people in some self-inflicted situations, but it doesnt lessen the tragedy. I do try not to let the specific circumstances shape my sympathy with what we know about mental health now. There are typically always unseen factors even in some cases that appear cut and dry. Yup.
