I started taking it almost a year ago now and the shedding has virtually stopped (with exception to normal shedding amount [like 100 strands or so a day iirc]). pretty amazing stuff. In retrospect, I should have taken it about 3-4 years ago when I first noticed my drain getting clogged but always chalked it up to just "seasonal shedding" lol. --- I'm a Taurus I like collecting headphones and iems.
