So now you've changed your point entirely. First you said countries move troops because of media fear-mongering. Now you're saying countries move troops and then the media fear-mongers about it, which still means the countries didn't move troops because of fear-mongering. If the fear-mongering comes after the countries move troops, then the countries didn't make the decision to move troops because of the fear-mongering that happened afterward.

Your premise is still ridiculous.

In this Ukraine-Russia issue, the US has sent weapons to Ukraine and we've ordered our citizens out of our embassy in Ukraine. That doesn't happen because of media fear-mongering.
