Currently have enough to get to level 80+ with 8/8/8 talents. 4pc Shimenawa's and R4 Skyward Harp The question I have is should I use R4 Skyward Harp or R1 Thundering Pulse? It looks like TP wouldn't be good on Ganyu since the passive only works on normal attack.
