Topic	If you have the credit, why would anyone Rent over owning a home ?

You never truly own it since you have to pay property taxes on it forever and that means you're basically renting it from the government, On top of that you have to pay for all your own repairs and you still have to follow laws when it comes to what you can and can't put on the outside of your home.
