Bouncing a land doesn't really seem RG. I think destroying a land and having them search their library for a basic (or something like that) would feel more on color.

I think it's too cheap by modern sensibilities. The OG Pillage is 2R and that's typically been considered too cheap. Adding a green gives it a little power but then you get the extra land drop. 4 mana feels a little too expensive though? Unclear.
