I never met anyone I wanted to marry till recently. She was a friend of a friend. My friend was ill a few times and she was there for him both times. It elevated her in my eyes. They had a falling out but cared about each other. I missed her when she was no longer around. I knew loved her, but I brought too much pain in her life. My friend eventually passed away. My friend lets call her Becky helped me through the months of grief I suffered. Becky asked me to stay with her. I said ok but she went blind 2 months later. Her health declined over the past year and passed away last week. We had discussions about if I wanted to marry her. She said she would if not for her widows benifits. I also said I would. She said I would find someone else someday. I said you were the one Becky.

Now I'm 50 and she was a bit older. So kids were not in our plans. I think if her health had not declined so fast we would have started a business together
